VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT TRAVEL QUOTES
Travel quote prices are not guaranteed until a deposit or payment is secured by the deadline set by the vendor. Prices may change if you do not secure the travel arrangements by the deadline. The 45 days that Urban Chic Soirees & Destinations allows is to only retain our services and should not be confused as the deadline for a quoted price.
Urban Chic Soirees & Destinations charge a $50 service fee for travel inquiries, which is due at the time the travel inquiry is submitted. The $50 fee will either be applied to your final payment or retained by us.

GROUP VACATION PACKAGES/GROUP HOTEL ROOM/EVENT WEBSITE PAGE
If you're booking a group vacation, group lodging arrangements or an event we can create a complimentary landing page on our website with all of the details regarding your trip, lodging arrangements or event. CLICK HERE for an example.
We can also create a Facebook invite on our fan page for your group if you'd like us to do so. This will make it easy for us to answer questions quickly that your guests may have.
(We can change the settings if you'd prefer that the vacation details are kept private on Facebook. We can also create a password protected landing page for your group on our website.)
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE SERVICE FEE?
Once the you secure your vacation through our travel agency we will apply the $50 service fee to your final payment.
If the travel quote is for RFPs or other travel arrangements that only allows one payment or a contract the $50 service fee will be credited back to your credit/debit card once the travel arrangements is secured or you sign a contract with the hotel (RFPs) through our company.
After the 2nd completed booking with our company the client will no longer be charged a service fee as a thank you for their loyal business.
If the client does not book through our travel agency the $50 service fee will be nonrefundable.
No exceptions will be made.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETAIN YOUR SERVICES?
You have 45 days from the date the quote is received to accept one of the quotes provided. We are more than happy to adjust quotes to fit your needs as our goal is to insure that you are satisfied with your travel arrangements before you secure your vacation but it must be done within the 45 days.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I ACCEPT MY QUOTE?
We will send you a credit card authorization form to complete. Once we receive the form back we will secure your vacation by the deadline with the required deposit or balance due. Please make sure that you submit your cc authorization form by the deadline we set in your quote, which will normally be by 11:59pm CST the day before your deposit is due. i.e. if your quote is due on January 2nd you must submit your form by January 1st at 11:59pm. This will insure that we have enough time to secure vacation with your deposit on time. We will send you a receipt for your payment as soon as it is accepted for your records.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR PAYING FOR TRAVEL SERVICE FEES, DEPOSITS AND BALANCES?
You must have a valid credit/debit card or a PayPal account in your name in order to secure our services.
For deposits and balances you must have a valid credit/debit card.
If you do not feel comfortable passing along your credit/debit card information to us we recommend that you go to Wal-Mart and obtain a pre-paid Visa/MasterCard debit card (or any store that have reloadable Visa/MasterCards) to use for the purpose of securing your vacation.
Please be sure to research the terms of our pre-paid card should you need to cancel your trip and receive a refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT SECURE MY QUOTE BY THE VENDOR'S DEADLINE BUT I'M STILL WITHIN 45 DAYS OF RETAINING YOUR SERVICES?
We will be more than happy to provide two additional quotes within the 45 days of the original date that we provided the first quote for the same destination and dates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO BEYOND THE 45 DAYS WITHOUT BOOKING MY TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS?
Your $50 service fee will not be returned to you and you will be required to submit another travel inquiry and pay the $50 service fee. No exceptions will be made.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY TRIP?
We will work on your behalf to get your money refunded but must abide by the vendor's cancellation terms and conditions, which we will include the cancellation terms when you receive your quote. We highly recommend that you secure travel insurance in order to protect your investment. The $50 travel service fee will be charged to your credit card on file within 24 hours of your canceled trip if the $50 has already been returned to you or applied to your vacation.
DO YOU STORE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE?
No. We use secured forms that are not stored on our website to help protect your information in case our website is ever hacked. Once your trip is completed we delete your credit card authorization form from our records.
